Keith and Nicole settle into London as she prepares for film role

After six weeks of embracing the joys of motherhood Nicole Kidman is preparing to step back into her acting shoes. The Aussie star, who has spent the last few weeks introducing new daughter Sunday Rose to her Sydney hometown with musician husband Keith Urban, has moved her family to London, where she's to begin rehearsals for big screen musical drama Nine.

The 41-year-old actress and her husband were spotted checking out properties in the British capital, where they're expected to be based for several months. Keith will temporarily leave his family, however, to fulfil dates on his North American tour - which wraps up in Indianapolis on September 13. He's vowed to complete the tour despite having been diagnosed with a slipped disk.

Nicole's new film, which is based on the Broadway musical of the same name, follows the story of a director trying to find harmony in his professional and personal life. The stellar cast also includes British talents Daniel Day-Lewis and Dame Judi Dench, Spanish actress Penelope Cruz, Oscar-winner Marion Cotillard and US star Kate Hudson.

Thanks happy.gif. I hope their time here is a good one, I get very nervous when they are in the UK because the press can go mad and decide to print daily made up stories about them.

What a super husband and father Keith is. He travels great distances between performances even when he only has a few days to be with his wife and baby. They are a very close, loving family and I love them for that. Feel better, Keith.

Thanks happy.gif. That looks like two sets of pictures. Hopefully, the paps are not camped outside if that is where they choose to stay.

I think they'll be there for about 8 weeks. A house in a gated community would be great.
Does that rule about not taking the pictures of children also apply in UK??

I also think Keith will be busy recording in London.

I'll just slip this in. Keith called radio stations in Halifax and Mocton this a.m. from London. He's arriving there tomorrow for Saturday show.
He said the back is not too bad, it's more like a bulging disc.

Daddy of Sunday Rose officially got number #1 song on Billboard, updated this a.m. too.

#1 This Week
Keith Urban
You Look Good In My Shirt
Capitol Nashville | DIGITAL

I hope Foxy won't mind with this.

I heard the interviews this morning and he also said he was thrilled with the #1 and looking forward to playing in NYC for the NFL. He also said that his wife and child would not be travelling with him to Halifax as his wife is starting a new film. I wonder if that will be the case for the NFL concert also but suspect that is the case. rose2.gif

Thanks, for the link to the pictures & the info about the interviews. I am so glad the song made it to #1.

I figured Nic & Sunday would not be in Halifax.

Thanks everyone for the links rose4.gif
It's wonderful that they do everything they can to be together as a family. As what both of them had said - they are very committed to this marriage and they both know just like any marriage you have to work on it. They are both very supportive of each other career and that makes a big difference. Each one of them wants their spouse to be successful in their own field. It helps a lot too that Keith's career has more flexibility and they truly love each other. As what Keith's brother had said, the first time he saw Keith annd Nic, he knows that they complete each other and that his brother is truly in love this time. beatingheart.gif sunny.gif rose4.gif beatingheart.gif
