she has established with her new husband in balancing family life and career, without having to give up "one or the other".  (Apparently Keith has made similar comments as of late.)  It's interesting to me that occasionally it has been implied that because she is married she would or should give up her career, whereas no one implies or suggests that of her husband (or any other man in a similar situation.)  I think as a woman of about her age it's satisfying for me to hear her confirm that this - acting - is a part of her identity.  Not the whole enchilada, but a part of herself, and that there is no "crime" in being professionally fulfilled.  Nor must it necessarily interfere or prevent personal happiness when held in proper perspective.

Thank you Nathalia, Kiha and consuelo for the articles!  clap.gif

What's relatively new is the comfort she has established with her new husband in balancing family life and career, without having to give up "one or the other".

Ditto... thumbsup.gif ...thanks Nathalia, kiha and Consuelo!

Her zest for life is showing through clap.gif ...she's satisfied in her professional as well as her personal life! sunny.gif These photos say it all, she's simply glowing...and her comments about her personal life are so, so revealing! sunny.gif I'm so happy that she's feeling very comfortable talking about it. beatingheart.gif

I've heard of it but not come across it - I'll be sure to seek it out, thank you archer!

Twiggy, y'all must be pleased as punch that you can now join the Aussies in saying "our Nicole"! She certainly does credit to your fair city (could the Chamber of Commerce ask for better PR?)- and I'm glad that you've welcomed her with open arms and made her feel at home.
