i think the wide release is always one or two weeks after the limited release, but i don't know exactly (and i am not sure what "wide release" means in case of fur, perhaps a few hundred theaters...)

Release dates are hard to come by for this movie! Australia rumoured to be January 12, 2007 and then February 7, 2007

In answer to a question by samwack on another topic, the release date for the UK appears to be 1st March 2007 according to Total Film magazine.

Thanks for that news kit_lalala rose4.gif . I will add it the list on the main page.

Thanks to for your update archer rose4.gif . I have already used the date but not thanked you.

The film appears to have disappeared off the radar screen for Australia. Australian film magazines have been reporting different dates all over the place for ages, and now it has gone completely quiet.

Hi, I also enquired about the release of Fur in one of the main London branches of Cineworld. Even such a big cinema didn't receive the film to show. I enquired also at the Cineworld in Dublin. All they had in common was to say that perhaps another cinema showed it. So, I think it has been shown nowhere.
