This is what a guy called Ian D. Smith thought about the movie:
"To be fair, I only saw a work print without finished opening or ending credits, finalized music or sound mixing. The editing will certainly be different when the film is released, but as it stand right now, the film moves slower than frozen molasses. Scenes drag on forever and fade edits permeate the movie. I never feel like I have a grasp on the Diane character - she really just comes across as a demure woman prone to some occassional breakdowns and who is totally obsessed with anything weird and/or furry. As a standalone film, it just is not engrossing, despite the eccentricities on display, good performances from Burrell and Downey and the great cinematography. No doubt research into the life of Diane Arbus may make this film more rewarding, but on its own it just does not come together, and the ending is very slight. All IMO. "
